 El iPhone 3GS de 600 MHz con el OpenGL activado puede manejar gráficos con bastante soltura, prueba de ellos es este vídeo en el que muestran Pokemon y Final Fantasy VII ejecutándose en un iPhone por medio de la beta de emuladores para el 3GS. psx4iphone cuesta 10 dolares, mientras que gpSPhone para la DS esta aun en una versión poco avanzada de desarrollo. El iPhone es una plataforma muy dada a los emuladores, pero las últimas actualizaciones de hardware van a permitir a la gente disfrutar un poco más de nuevas consolas móviles.
